I purchased this stroller as I fell in love with it from the first time I saw it. There was no other stroller I wanted. The front wheels are defective. They are bent. The stroller has a pull and everytime I stop the front wheels lock and I catch my tail to get them to unlock. The front wheels are also super small, stroller is better for smooth paved roads as the front wheels often give trouble to go over and road or sidewalk that isn’t flush. I tried reaching out to customer service and they do not respond. You can only get in touch with them through email and they are not responding. I called Amazon and they said I have to email the third party. I have had this stroller for 6 months as I purchased it last year. No response from customer service regarding my issue. I should have purchased from a more reliable stroller company.

Recibimos el paquete con la caja maltratada; sin embargo, todo bien a excepción del techo, este presenta un olor muy desagradable ya se lavo, pero no se ha eliminado dicho olor ¿nos podrían vender un techo adicional?Gracias

La idea es buena, solo que en ocasiones la llantas delanteras no rotan y eso impide que la carriola camine correctamente. Al bambineto no le encuentro uso porque a mí bebé no le gusta porque tiene que estar acostada y no se debe de enderezar.

Pienso que la relación calidad precio está muy bien, llegó antes de lo esperado, aunque tuve que realizar la compra por segunda ocasión ya que la primera vez no me la enviaron. El montaje es muy sencillo, es una carreola bastante grande, así que hay que considerar el espacio que va a ocupar en el maletero del carro.Luce preciosa y se siente resistente. Trae el bambineto y el huevito. La recomiendo
