Works great.make sure to buy a hardened steel pinion gear with this spur gear.. Would also recommend changing all the gears to metal. See photo.

Welp, let's be honest. I borked the original plastic gear good. Basically I ripped all the teeth off of it drifting on wet asphalt (good times) so this is the upgrade gear. It's very well machined and installs in about 10 min. I look forward to breaking something else in the driveline knowing full well this part will hold strong. If you get this make sure to get some good molybdenum grease on the teeth only. Keep that stuff away from the slipper clutch or you will have a bad time. Also don't forget to reset your motor so it aligns with this new spur gear or you will chew all those tiny teeth off in no time!

Kept stripping the stock plastic spur gears in my 1/10 scale ECX Ruckus, this one has lasted almost a year now, fit was perfect and it works great, should have gotten a metal spur gear when I bought the truck would have saved a ton of money and trips to the LHS
