These bowls were exactly what I was looking for. At first, I thought they were a little flimsy but they are not. They are light, but that to me is a good thing. I saw a bad review that said the bowls get hot in the microwave. I don't have any bowls of any kind that don't get hot in the microwave. For my use, they are just the right size, easy to clean and easy to store.

As soon as I opened these I noticed a strong chemical smell coming from them. I didn't think too much of it as I figured it would go away eventually. I have now washed them around 4-6 times and still the smell is there. Although it is lessening on some of the bowls. The food doesn't taste any different, but it's still kind of concerning. Otherwise they are great. They hold quite a bit of food. Pretty sturdy with a slight give to them. I love lip on the bottom to better grip when I have hot food in them. Easy to clean and look good as well.

I had been wanting to get some new bowls since a couple of ours had broken (we only have 4 left). I had gotten the Hotec cups and liked them a lot, so I thought it would be good to try the matching bowls. They are great! They are really big, which is so nice. I like a bigger bowl for cereal, soup, stir fry, etc. They are microwave and dishwasher safe, so they are easy to keep clean and take care of. They are very durable and I like that I don't have to worry about them breaking. They are excellent. And for a family of 3, 8 bowls is way better than 4. 🙂

These bowls are are so pretty. They are sturdy but lightweight. They won't break if you drop them. These are full size cereal bowls. They stack nicely but don't stick together as some do. The colors are as shown and they're lovely. I like them so much that I convinced my mother to buy some. I'm asking others if they'd like them for gifts. This was a good purchase.

To begin with, I love these things. They're so lightweight while I'm generally frustrated with how heavy a lot of bowls are. They're sturdy enough with just a little bit of bend if you squeeze hard on it, but this is never an issue for its actual integrity or ability to hold food, and it doesn't feel like it's going to snap like if you were to try that with plastic. You can outright throw these at the ground with force and they won't break because of that very slight give in the construction which gives me a lot of peace of mind. These are basically my platonic ideal for heft. They microwave well and that doesn't transfer a lot of heat to the material which is usually an issue for bowls made of other materials. There's just one main thing not going for them, and it's that they take scratches poorly, so metal whisks are a big no for them. This has become a non-issue after I switched to using silicone whisks. I also haven't tried putting marinara in them, but I have this feeling that that could stain them, and I love the colors too much to test that. I use these bowls in addition to a Corelle set as a backup, but these are always my bowls of choice if I can choose between the two because of how lightweight and cute they are, and that I can drop them with zero anxiety about shattering them into a dangerous mess.
