My wife was getting hot pads while she was in the hospital to help control her hip pain, but they only worked for about 20-30 minutes. I got these and the were fantastic - they really do last up to 11 hours I'd recommend them not just for wearing outside, but for pain relief as well. Great buy!

Put one of these on top of my base layer shirt on my low back while downhill skiing in very cold temps. It was so very warm and kept the chill away. At times I was almost sweaty.

Normally Hot hands work very well.I have used them for years in my outdoor construction industry. For some reason this box of hot hand body warmers did not get hot. I don’t know if they are selling old stock but not very happy

These are my favorite warmers! The sticky back is excellent for sticking to the inside of a coat! Used this type for years and never lets me down!

At 83 years old and experiencing progressive incontinence. Comes with aging, etc . Pads and extra padding. Doing quick errands and remaining home. Etc. Then lo and behold....saw this advertised on facebook or friends. Ordered and upon arrival took some. in one day.....completely back to normal control. That's it! I am shocked. Sorry for morbid/gross details but am compelled to share: From out of the blue, feeling a warm wet gush that would sometimes go through clothing to total control. I easily stop a slight urge till i finish typing this, for example. I will slowly, casually go to the bathroom now.THANKS nature path
