When I took apart my ps5 controllers and went to replace the trigger springs, I noticed that the OEM spring in the controller was heavy duty by comparison so I did not replace them. The springs probably could work, I don't know, I am not using them. If you're not looking for an exact replacement then I think these will work.

Great product. Installation was a little tricky and took a few tries to install. Make sure you are using the correct tools for an easier installation. Replacement spring tension feels just like the original.

Its a great value for 30 PS5 controller springs in a plastic box and far cheaper than tossing a controller. One star deducted as they are a bit less firm to my feel than the OEM springs.

These are great. Just replaced them for my ps5 and couldn’t tell they weren’t OEM. I’d recommend to anyone to buy these and a ps5 tool kit (found one for 10 bucks) even if your controller isn’t broken because it will break eventually and Sony still charged you 20 bucks to ship it to them even if it’s under warranty. Replacing these is easy as long as you have the ps5 screwdriver kit

It's known for these to be very flimsy in comparison to the PS4 version. Fitted with little issues, controller works again and the buttons feel just as they should!Great items and delivery.

Be prepared for the springs to be smaller than you think, replace 2 springs in my PS5 controller with these, still going strong!

I am working on a project where I'm 3D printing an enclosure, the whole design is based on a open-frame style case for my project which is then placed into the holder.The holder needs to prevent the object coming out during movement, but I've been trying to come up with a mechanism to allow this, and additionally, I'm trying to workout how to allow the device to be removed for charging easily.My current train of thought is about having the holder have some sort of auto closing back or lid, and these types of springs are perfect for that kind of action.I need to fire up the 3D design software, but when these arrived I was a bit surprised by how small they are, but then I should have realised this because they're designed for the trigger mechanism in a playstation controller. This is actually a bonus in my application as this reduces the size of the "return" mechanism, and they have a surprising amount of force on them!So I didn't get what I thought I was getting through my own stupidity, but what turned up was even better than my expectations!I can see many uses for these in other projects in the future!

*UPDATE 3/21/2022*Here is an update to the replacement springs I had bought for the L2 and R2 buttons on my my PS5 controller: the springs I installed have yet failed, "Mind you that out of the 30 piece set I am still using the very first two springs," and are still very tough and sturdy.As of right now I am, exactly, 100% confident that the 30 piece set of replacement springs were the best choice I made because at first I was thinking about buying a whole new controller, "Another $70 controller 🙄."Don't think and just purchase this spring set because you literally have nothing to lose because really how often do you ever hear of the back button springs ever breaking...? Yeah, buy them!What the title says is it because I am unable to think of anything else.Also there are no negative thoughts that come to mind because there haven't been any negative instances as of installing the new springs, and having been using the PS5 controller extensively since the repair.I hope my review brings positivity to others when searching for spring replacements.If anyone has any question, please do not be afraid to ask me.
