I had high expectations for this. But when I installed the propane tank (20 lb.) the right tire wedged against the tank making it difficult to roll. It became obvious the stand was not properly located between the wheels. I can make it work if I install something to force the tank over a bit. Now my decision is jerry rig it to make it work or return it. Other than that, it appears to be a well-made product and should last for years. Not to mention the ease of hauling the tank up and down hundreds of feet of gravel driveway and access roads. I now realize I do not have a 20 lb. tank. I have Rhino tanks, which as it turns out are 15 lb. tanks. So, it is possible it would work just fine with a slightly larger tank that fit more snugly and didn't shift. So, I gave it an additional star.

This is a very nice cart, made specifically to fit a propane tank perfectly. Handle makes it easy to take the tank anywhere, and torch can be stored on board. I bought it because of the pneumatic tires, and they certainly make a difference, especially when rolling over rough gravel terrain. Highly recommend.
