Not even 5 min of wearing it around the house, doing laundry that I found myself hot. Next thing you know a sweat dripping on my forehead. I wanted this more for cold weather. I'm 5'9 about 168 lbs, not a gym rat but I do enjoy a workout. This was snug, not rash guard tight but enough that I had some difficulty taking it off. Material is stretchy and remind me of a poncho, a stylish poncho.

The fit is a bit weird, tight in the shoulders but bigger in the middle. But once you're in it, it works well, comfortable enough and does the job.

I am 5' 3, 210. I have a Large on. As you can see, it is pretty tight.I probably should have gone on size up. However, I did wear it to do my workout. And I have to say, it really does make you sweat and it's supposed to be compression, so maybe it's not that bad, it does have a stretch to it. I think it's flattering, and I really love the quality of it. It's super comfortable and lightweight.

Runs small and the lining that makes you sweat is minimal. I’ve got several items of brand name sauna wear and, unfortunately, the quality of this item doesn’t compare.

I'm 50, not a gym person and the six pack I have is sitting in my fridge. I do not have a flattering body.That being said, I needed a shirt that would keep me warm while working outside. This product definitely fits the bill!The shirt is well made and comfortable. It will trap the heat, so if you're inside you will definitely sweat while working out.I'm extremely happy with this shirt.

I can run miles and not sweat much naturally, so this shirt really helped to jumpstart today’s workout! I love it! It’s much better than some of the other sauna shirts I own. It’s fashionable and sleek, so it doesn’t look like the ‘trash bag’ style that is commonly found in stores. The quality, style, and fit are great, and the value is amazing! I would definitely recommend this item! Love it!
