Bought these liners to mix thinset in. As another reviewer noted, these liners are too thin for thinset. They started to twist while I was mixing and I couldn't mix all the way down to the bottom of the bucket. What these liners ARE good for is drying out waste paint that's going to be tossed. Put several inches of paint in, mix in cat litter, let dry, add more paint etc. Throw the whole thing out.

I purchased these liners to test if they can withstand mixing epoxy resins. The liner does not fit a 5 gallon bucket correctly which makes them easy to tear. I wish someone made bucket liners that were made for coatings and can withstand mixing.

I wanted them for long term storage. Unfortunately, I had to cut the top rim off in order for them to fit in the buckets with seals on them.

Easy to separate, didn't tear and makes a good cone to pour unused paint into a container.

I gave the product 5 stars even though, as other reviewers noted) the pails arrived stacked inside each other with the bottom and part of the sides pushed in. Because they are stacked for shipment this means that every pail has a dent, with the innermost pail very dented. I was able to separate the pails and push out the dents. My reason for 5 stars is that I have been searching for a product to use to surround larger plants to keep the bigger plant-eating critters (bunnies and deer) from eating my non-woody perennials before they get to flowering size. I have been using the black plastic shrub/plant pots with the bottom cut off and inverted, but many plants do not like the hot conditions generated by the black pots. I have also been using the smaller clear paint can liners, also with the bottoms cut off; these are absolutely ideal because the sunlight gets in, the plants can be watered AND you can see the plants grow. However, the clear liners are too small for larger plants. These pails are translucent white, which is better than the black pots, because the young plants do not cook inside. They are large enough for medium sized hostas (before they get extra medium sized) to give the plant a fighting chance before I remove the pail and cross my fingers that the deer won't eat them. They are not inexpensive--especially if you are cutting the bottoms off them--but the size is exactly what I needed. I would give the product 6 stars for my purposes IF they came in CLEAR.

I purchased these as garden plant protectors and humidity domes because they’re way cheaper than domes designated for that purpose. These stand upside down on their own, and are stiff enough that it should protect plants from light hail damage. They are feather-light, and will require ground stakes or being buried a bit around the outside to keep the wind from stealing them. They are about 40-50% transparent so just enough sun gets in to keep the plant happy without frying it in our hot Colorado sun. The liners did come a little smushed and I had to pop them back into shape but that’s not a huge deal.
