Nice and compact broom plus dustpan combo for a decent price. I checked out the difference between this and the most comparable thing I saw at Target. All I saw there was the dustpans where you have to crunch down and basically sit on the floor to use them. This has been a big improvement for my back. It is super light weight just like most of the brooms I looked at but still feels quite durable. I would actually prefer if the dustpan was a little smaller profile to fit into my hallway closet better but it's fine. The bristles are holding up well after several uses so I'm happy.

It's not a terrible set, but it's not a good one either. A little flimsy and no instructions on how to use it. Much shorter than expected as well.But the biggest kick of all, is the fact that it seems they coupled two very unlike models of a dustpan and broom. The broom is larger/wider than the dustpan, thus you CANNOT sweep debris properly into it. Next, the dustpan has teeth on it to clear and clean debris from the broom. But the broom has no bristles... There's no use for the cleaning nubs on the dustpan....Too many things add up to a lot of nothing with this set. Better off getting another set instead.

I have mixed opinions about this broom and dustpan. On one hand, it does solve a couple of problems I always had with my old broom. The bristles would collect hair, but not deposit them in the dustpan because the'd be stuck. So I'd have to spend time cleaning the broom. I hate that. Also, the dustpan didn't fold, so it took up way more space in our broom closet than this one does. So I'm really happy with the silicone that glides over floors, picking up things and leaving them in the pan rather than having them gunk up on the broom and the folding. As for what I don't like, this thing came with no instructions at all, in pieces. I eventually figured out how to put it together, but it took me a few tries and flipping pieces around. It would be better if some basic assembly instructions were included if it's going to be shipped unassembled. Secondly, the listing for this item says it has a 50" handle. That's laughable. Either I received the older model by mistake or that's just not true. If there's a method to telescope the handle I'd love to know about it, but again, no instructions were included. I was really excited about the extra long handle as my partner is tall and our previous broom was a little short for his use. This one is too, sadly.
