The unfinished kit includes parts made of sturdy 1/8* laser-cut MDF. When assembled, the platform base measures 10”W x 5/8”H x 8”D, including a lower 2”W section with a realistic grate, adding a tiny touch of authenticity. Illustrated instructions are included. Also included is a wall corner unit that will measure 5"W x 4-1/4"H x 5"D when assembled and can be placed anywhere on the platform base to suit your miniature design preferences. Use the City Street Corner Kit as a stand-alone scene or group it with Coffee Spot Kit #14418 and/or Garden Planter Corner Kit #14420, as we custom-designed each with platform bases that align perfectly, allowing you to unleash your creativity! 10"W x 5"H x 8"D

I loved how easy it was to build this little kit. It was for the 2024 Halloween Challenge. It was the perfect canvas for me to create on. A great price and quick shipping too.
