I purchased 4 of these for Christmas gifts for my grandchildren, and none of them worked.could not get in touch with the manufacturer, will not take calls. Will not back up their products. They will not charge nor operate. Complete pieces of junki give it ZERO STARS !!!!!!!

Dead on arrival. Went to charge it. Would not charge at all. I could turn it on while plugged into the wall and only half the board worked. Once I unplugged it, it would try and power one for a split second then die. DO NOT PURCHASE.

Ordered the first it wouldnt charge up. Got replacement it would not charge up either. requested my money back. I do not recomend this product.

The original unit sent to us did not work. We found this out after our son opened his gift Christmas Day. The board would not hold a charge. After dealing with chat support we were offered a replacement that came a few days later, but that also did not work. We then spent an hour on chat support with customer service and were eventually told that only a refund would be issued because they already sent a replacement unit. The price of the board jumped by $90 so I would have preferred a working unit be sent instead. That was not a choice. It seems that quality and the products sold on this site are not reliable and the high standard that used to be is no longer. It also seems that customer service likes to keep you tied up with them for much longer then it should take, for fun.

This was a huge hit at our house. All my boys can ride it easily and it’s really smooth. The Bluetooth speaker is also very fun. It’s heavy but charges fairly quickly.

This is a solid hoverboard, even adults can get on without fear. While made of mostly plastic, it's still sturdy and even with a few crashes has not cracked anywhere yet. It feels well made, and the wheels are thick and chunky. This feels like a well-made ride overall, and works well. Riding smoothly is up to user practice and can get tricky, but function wise it's good. It gets quite fast when it goes, and offers a very new experience. That said, maybe it's just a bad battery, but the battery life seems extremely short. It says 3 miles, but I keep running out at around 1 and at that point the hoverboard is dead, even after a full charge. Battery life is best when a product is new and drastically decreases with use, so I'm dubious how this will be next year. For now, it's a nice ride around the block, but not something to take far. But then again, I probably wouldn't ride it long as balancing a hoverboard feels very difficult for me. This does let you experience a hoverboard, and all it offers at a pretty low entry price.

This is a durable build and it has good sound quality but it is a huge struggle to keep it charged long enough to use it! Has a good motor so I’m guessing it’s totally a charger or battery quality issue. When it is running it’s easily maneuvered and has a tough body and wheels. I’m hoping we can find a better battery for it so the grandchildren can use it longer. Just very difficult to keep it going and takes over an hour to charge, so it’s an all day project for them to play with. Attached well to the go cart frame I had. I’d have to say tough construction but terrible range on the battery. Easy to maneuver and control.

What a Christmas disappointment. My 10 year old son wanted this so badly for Xmas. We charged it up and the power button didn’t turn on. It only turned on when plugged in and we got an orange light.I just read reviews and others have had the same experience. Do not buy- it’s a heavy brick and will not work. What a Christmas disappointment!!! I will be returning immediately.
