  • Metal top plates on the column and base are finished in charcoal gray.
  • The gear-shaped wooden dial is finished in Seaside Gray. A fixed, inner metal gear finished in charcoal gray marks the hours at 12, 3, 6, and positions.
  • Motorized gears in the center have a continuous motion and have a galvanized finish.
  • The hour and minute hands are finished in black; continuous sweep second hand-finished in red.


Features a mirrored dial with a LED illuminated center column and a wood base with a chrome-finished top plate. Gloss White finish on select hardwoods and veneers. Mirrored dial features hour bar markers and a center disc screened black with the black finished minute and hour hands. Polished chrome-finished pendulum with a cylindrical bob. Center column LED light illuminates with a touch dimmer button located on the back. Four levels of adjustment: low, medium, high, and off. The LED light features a frosted acrylic lens with chrome-finished metal end caps. The power adapter that plugs in at the base to power the LED lights includes an inline ON/OFF switch. Time-only, quartz battery-operated movement. Requires one AA-sized battery and two C-sized batteries (not included). Floor glides provide stability and protection on non-carpeted surfaces.

I actually saw this clock as a prize on the nighttime Price is Right. I immediately fell in love with it and searched for it on the internet.As the proud past owner of a standard Howard Miller grandfather clock, I was blown away by the contemporary look. I knew Howard Miller was a reliable quality product and I immediately ordered the clock when I found it.It arrived very quickly on a rainy day here in South Florida. The box was somewhat wet so I opened it immediately. I had nothing to fear.The clock was beautifully wrapped and well protected. It worked beautifully and was very easy to set up by myself. When I showed it to friends in the building everyone loved it. One of the great features is the LED dimmable lighted base. As it graces my entrance, it’s a nice light at night and certainly a wow factor when you walk through the door.
