Nice setup with minimal bloatware. Fast with ease of setup. Don't like the fact that Microsoft makes you setup windows with an online MS ID, but that's not HP's fault. I delete the MS ID after I add a local ID. Great PC for sure.

Ordered the first laptop in November, and lasted about 2 weeks before the hard drive crashed. Amazon sent a replacement, and the same thing happened. Additionally, two of the keys did not work on the replacement. Interestingly, both units looked brand new on the outside, and I suspect that there is something nefarious going on with these "refurbished" laptops. Please do not buy one!

Okay, I am not playing hard core games. I got this for business, emails and so forth. It is quite fast for real work, it does the job and the biggest thing.... it is fantastic for the buck and what you get.

Got as a gift, my dad loved it. No complaints from him:) On a budget and worth it! Also color is a nice vibrant red. Speed seems to depend on your wifi! Others have complained about speed but it’s not a problem for us.
