I'm extremely upset with this computer it is definitely not a computer to use for work my software keeps crashing a couple of times a day because of the memory and the processor is poor performance. Once you are starting to use your computer using advance software programs you are limited and pretty much not out as still what you can do. Once you reach this point this computer is basically worthless to you. I would recommend never purchasing this computer because of the simple fact you can never upgrade to Windows 11. I even installed additional RAM memory from 32 gifts to 64 gigs and it made no difference whatsoever as this computer is worthless to me and now I have to go and buy a new computer. This makes me so upset because when my computer keeps crashing I lose a lot of work everyday.

Pretty upset that it didn’t work right out of the box, and instead of replacing it or repairing it, our ONLY option is to return it. I bought it when it was on sale, it’s $50 more now. So I basically have to pay $50 for them sending a defective product. Because my only option is to send it back and pay the increased cost to replace it. Terrible service.

The unit was very dusty. Minor cosmetic blemishes. The HDMI ports don't work. I had to use the VGA port for my monitor. The unit gave me a hard time setting up emails, etc. because it still had the previous owner's info and passwords.I even found out where he lived. I had to use a DVD cleaner before I could use the DVD player/recorder. The price was good; but I'm not sure if I would ever buy it again based on its appearance alone.

La descripción del producto decía más o menos "perfectas condiciones y funcional, solo detalles cosméticos". El hecho es que de los puertos usb que tenia, funcionaba solo la mitad! Cuando pregunté a Amazon que hacer me indicaron que la regresara y solicitará el reembolso. Mala suerte? O mal control de calidad de los productos reconstruidos? Quien sabe, lo que sí, una mala experiencia...

This thing is real quick, set up was easy. I just hope it last a few years. Came with everything needed. The wifi is a small USB type but it works.Mouse was damaged when delivererd and looked old and used.The towere case was sprayed with a plastic spray to make it look new there was some slight overspray on the front panel but not a deal breaker.I would buy another, let's see how long it holds up. My last tower lasted about 10 years..
