The spacebar of the keyboard was damaged and some of the keys were faded. The told me id get a refund for the keyboard but I haven’t got it

He’s just getting into gaming and computers. This is the perfect 1st time computer for him. Was very easy to set up. Not noisy, WiFi works great on it. Size is just right for what he’s using it for!

Purchased this for our 10 year as their 1st gamer PC. Arrived quickly. Looks as cool as the pictures. I was skeptical but talked to some tech folks and they said THIS is perfect for new gamers. Unfortunately, we had issues with some connectivity. Called Tech Magnet for assistance. Lalith was FANTASTIC! Walked my wife through the set up process with ease and patience. We did end up needing to send the tower back. We received the new one fast and it worked great. We also talked to Jack at Tech Magnet for additional assistance with shipping info. He was very kind and helpful as well.

This seems like a huge scam. They sent a computer which worked for about a month and then it just completely stopped working. I called Tech Support and spent hours trying to fix the computer. They couldn’t. The reason my gaming computer wouldn’t work? Because I was ‘playing too many games’ that the computer couldn’t handle… I was playing the most basic games that required minimal graphics. I ended up sending the computer back after 3 months of not being able to use it. Then my refund? They kept 100 of it because I didn’t save the box it came in. Of course I didn’t save the box. I didn’t expect to return it. This is the biggest scam ever. I’m reporting to Amazon as they are surely just going to sell the computer I sent back to the next unsuspecting victim.
