Very pleased with this unit. Affordable. Clean. Functions as if it were New. It even came with toner installed (non-HP cartridges, with the settings already corrected to accept non-HP Branded cartridges). Wi-Fi works great, Networking capabilities work great. Scanning works great šš» (Does not Duplex Scan, you must flip the pages over and scan the back sides, but this is a very easy one-extra-step process and the printer will organize the papers in your scan document in the correct order, provided you have the setting correct within the computer).Do yourself a favor and upgrade to a laser printer.No more messing around with Ink-Jet printers that only clog up after periods of time with no use, having to clean print heads and other internal parts, and always right when you need to print.

You can print it through email, Bluetooth, wifi connection, or wired. And it has a good quality color print. I am not done with the cartridges, so I do not know how long it's gonna print. Still printing after 200 pages.

This is a great printer with some irritating quirks that prevents me from saying it is perfect. The main issue is that if you need to scan things only occasionally, you have to reconnect it to the network every time. Also if you don't print for an extended weekend, it will occasionally lose network connection.

This printer is as good as new! Works great, no issues, setup was easy (although this is more due to HP), none the less, Iām a happy camper. As a side note, the packaging was incredible. I think it could have fallen out of the back of a truck at 60 mph and survived! Hats off to the shipping dept.

The printer was great for the first 2 months, After that we started noticing minor issues. At first we started having issues finding the printer on our devices. Then when we would find it, it would only print blank pages.This would happen on and off, and it slowly progressed. Now I can't even have the printer on or else the rollers won't stop making noises.Not sure if the one I got was defective, but I definitely was not satisfied.

Purchased this refurbished laser printer and reached out to the seller due to the low toner levels upon receipt of the printer. After several communications, this seller offered a refund, a completely new printer that was refurbished, and other options provided to me that were completely acceptable. They did what they said they were going to do. The machine is a good machine and I have no problems with it, it's just that it came in with very low toner levels. This seller made it right. They did it quickly, and I will buy from them again.
