Easy setup, works like a new one. Only complain is the cover sticker wasn’t applied well. Doesn’t affect function at all, just looks odd in the corner.

This was supposed to be reburbished to the highest standards. But, there was still dirt (or food crumbs) on the keyboard when I unboxed it. I'm skeptical as to what tangible steps where taken to refurbish it.

I bought a renewed HP Probook x360 EE touchscreen 2-in-1 Laptop from this seller and the PC was preloaded with viruses. Not just one but many, and now the computer is locked and I can't even take my information off of it. Absolutely insane that this is even an issue, horribly unprofessional.
