While the computer is cheap, there 2 things we have to remember. The computer only has 4K port and no HDMI, no wonder it suggests to buy together. No one wants to pay extra for that. It does not have internal built-in wi-fi but it comes with a usb stick instead. As a computer it is quite nice.

The images of the listing show a VGA port and tower stand. My computer came without either one. The tower stand is sold separately and now I have to buy an HDMI or VGA to DP adapter to be able to connect my monitor. That is totally misleading. What you see IS NOT what you get. NOT A GOOD START.

Purchased to replace small fan-less PC that is used to control Ham Radio equipment. PC worked great right out of the box. Processor is fast and the 32GB of ram ensure quick response from the WIN 11 OS and O365 apps. With all the USB ports and ability to add M.2 SSD drives, this should keep things running smoothly for a while.

I am very highly pleased with this PC Computer ! It came with 32 gigs of Ram, a 1 TB drive, and it works Amazing. It does not come with a gaming GPU but I have already ordered one from Amazon. Note: If you do upgrade the video card you will need to go with a low profile graphics card as there is not much room. Overall, this has been a very awesome purchase at a fantastic price. I have played Flight Simulator without a gaming card, just using the onboard graphics and had no problem and it actually looked decent. I very highly recommend this PC. Its super fast too !

The computer drops the wifi connection so often that it is useless for doing anything online, which is everything. At first we though it was the internet provider, so we switched providers. We are still experiencing the same issue. We hired a computer technician to solve the issue, but he couldn't remote in long enough to fix the issue, so we had to schedule for a house call. He thought he resolved the issue, but it continued to happen. His second visit, was his last visit as he said it is something wrong with the computer and he cannot fix it. This computer is completely useless to as everything requires a steady internet connection. Complete waste of money. Do not buy.

We needed a new computer to facilitate the new version of Windows. This model was relatively inexpensive, and it works extremely well. The small size, the powerful processor, the abundance of USB ports and the ease of set up were great. The only drawback was that it did NOT include Bluetooth. After a $15. purchase for a bluetooth dongle, it works perfectly. So far, so good. HP makes excellent products.
