The back side of the backrest is hard because there is a hard plastic plate inside.
So that you just need to screw the backrest to your sissy bar directly. Easy to install.
Installation screws are not included in the package,but it is easy to find at your local shop.

there are zero mounting holes so good luck with an easy install and this feels so cheap the padding is almost non existent and the "leather" feels like it was ripped off a payless sneakerdo noy buy this garbage spend a little more and get better

very nice universal small pad, 4 pre-drilled holes with inserts in them, i only used the bottom two and drilled into the plastic for a 3rd one....would buy again for sure!!!!

Got this as a last minute back pad for a long ride. We do not normally have the sissy bar on but for this ride we had to have it. This pad was so cheap and we mounted it to slide up and down to adjust to where you want it on your back. Helped out for the long ride!
