So far, I am pleased with this machine. As far as movement stated by other users, I found it wobbled just as expected when making dense bread dough. In fact, I’ve owned top line KitchenAid machines, and they moved as much as the bowl on this machine. Because it is so solid and adheres well to the counter, the movement of the machine was surprisingly less than expected. Now as far as the included instruction booklet goes, I am still confused. I’m increasingly more irritated with the prevalence of poor English in spite of all the tools available for translation these days. I wonder if it would have helped me to have the instructions in one of three additional languages I read, as perhaps I could have pieced together the intent of each paragraph. As it is, the labeling of the various parts are difficult to discern from some other designation … perhaps the page number? PG1, M7, m3, etc. to what do these refer? There’s no initial pictures of each labeled piece, but rather they are scattered throughout the instructions and it’s a challenge to find which piece is called for to attach each accessory in a specified order. I felt incredibly frustrated and stupid because I could not figure out how to assemble the mincer/sausage maker/cookie attachment together in order. The diagrams are so small, I could not determine the difference between V2 from M3.Care and cleaning. I had to scour the little booklet to find a smattering of how to clean each attachment. Kind of. I’m yet uncertain how to completely disassemble some of the pieces, and perhaps I’m clueless, but I’m unsure which parts are “cast aluminum” versus “stainless steel” versus “Teflon parts” versus “electrophoresis parts”. Each type seems to have their own distinct cleaning method, though even those directions are a lot of “don’t … except for …”Alas, it’s late night and I’ve had fun playing with this mixer/blender/cookie maker toy and have wiped down accessories sufficient for now. I’ll figure it out in the morning.

I’m really enjoying this 9+ in 1 electric stand mixer. It comes with an amazing assortment of accessories that absolutely astonished me. With this mixer you can make everything from bread to pasta to cookies. This little giant 6qt mixer has many abilities (from the manual) - you can mince and ground meat, you can make sausages, you can make cookies (has attachment for cookie making), you can make pasta (has pasta attachments), you can slice vegetables, you can shred vegetables, and more. It also has a blender attachment that comes with a full size glass blender. It’s also an attractive looking machine - the stainless steel mixing bowl is nice looking and solid, and the machine itself is a nice color (I chose green). In the owner’s manual there are also quite a few recipes that you can follow from making bread to chocolate ice cream cake. I am very pleasantly surprised at how many attachments this machine comes with and all of the functions that it is. On very interesting thing that I have not seen before is that this mixer has fermentation functions for your bread dough to optimally rise. All you have to do is turn the knob to the letter “F” for fermentation and the bowl will be heated at the proper temperature to ideally rise the dough. The machine also has an overheat protection function. The mixer has 6 speeds that can accommodate any need for making dough. It is truly an amazing mixer and super versatile. It’s easy to use and easy to clean. I love it. Absolutely a recommend from me.
