I've used a lot of different edgings in our yard, and though I didn't want to dig them up to offer a visual comparison, I hope you'll trust me that this stuff is good. The tabs on the bottom (with holes for the spikes) are larger and wider than on other edging (I did do a little digging to look at some of my other edging to confirm that this was true), and the bottom edge is thick and sturdy. I long ago got over my amazement that plastic spikes could penetrate our hard, rocky ground, and these spikes are the right length and thick. Given the low price I worried that it might be a cheap knock-off, but it's actually just a really good deal on quality edging.

This is a pretty straightforward item if you are familiar with landscape edging. It's just like what you buy at hardware stores and similarly priced on a linear foot basis. Keep in mind that this is not tall edging and won't act as a barrier for heavy loads. But for doing decorative beds around trees, shrubs, etc. It works just fine. Big thing is that it is sturdy and unlike the flimsy stuff you see out there, it won't disintegrate at the first graze from a string trimmer. The stakes that come with the edging to secure it are plastic, so I suggest using a dead blow hammer to drive them opposed to a metal hammer. It's easy to install and bend around any radius that you need to accommodate. Definitely happy with the product and will likely order more when I need it.

This no dig edging has been amazing for my garden! It is low profile which I love and also makes weed eating a breeze. It’s very easy to use and store if you don’t use it all. Great value for your money!

Edging was great! I would order again if needed. However, the plastic spikes aren't too stout for hard or rocky ground. I used metal spikes where necessary as well as metal tent spikes.

This is a nice and heavy-duty garden edge with included spikes that is easy to curve in the design you are looking for in your garden. It is very easy to work with and it holds the mulch in nicely while not allowing grass to creep in. It also make it easier when making a pass with the weed eater.

This edging transformed my backyard for the better. It was easy to cut to the desired size (cutter not included) and easy to stake in if there's no hard surface below (found buried cement at one spot). The process is straightforward: stake down one end, stretch out to the desired length, cut, stake, add a few more stakes in between before laying down mulch, rocks, or dirt - whatever you plan to use. Initially, I put down a thin layer of mulch that kept spreading out, but after using this edging, I was able to lay down more mulch to make it look fuller, and most of it has stayed in place. Thanks to my active dogs, a bit comes loose here and there, but it's easy to put right back in. This edging is worth the investment for landscaping! It's also flexible enough that you can step over it without any issues; my husband even wheeled a wheelbarrow back and forth over it without causing any damage.

This is a high-quality, simple roll of edging that checks all the boxes for sturdy use in your yard planters. I have a small tree that occupies a spot at the curb in our front yard that needed edging added so it could better retain water instead of running off into the street and this roll is perfect for the job. The 2-inch height is just right and the design of the support tabs allows you to customize when/where to place the anchor spikes. The tabs themselves aren't fragile but have a solid integrated connection to the vertical edging that is the same thickness. The coil unrolls with just a little bit of curling/tension that you have to deal with as you work with it over any great length but that's to be expected under the circumstances. You get plenty of spikes (60) and they are nearly 8 inches in length with a rugged design that grips and holds reliably. The coil of edging stores compactly if you have leftovers like I did and is a great value for the price.

This was very easy to use. I cut it to size with my pruning shears. Placed it around a vine I hope to nurture near my driveway, put in the included stakes, then added mulch and the area looks so much better now. I anticipate that the creeper St. Augustine grass in my yard will stop at the barrier.I also have plans to use this around an elm tree I planted last year but I haven't had time to start prepping that area yet so wouldn't have been able to show photos. In the photos shown, the first is of the completed project with barrier and mulch in place, the second is the "before" area, and the third is with the barrier in place and before the mulch. Also, you can see in photo #3, there are a few places without stakes. That is because part of the concrete footer installed for our original driveway is just below the surface of the dirt so I couldn't push a stake in. There were also some other yew bush roots underground so where the stakes hit the roots I put them in as far as they'd go. But in the other areas, the stakes went in easily.I'm definitely impressed with the product and I plan to keep using it around a few other plantings in my yard.
