These are great, very strong rafter hangers. Advertised dimensions are accurate and easily slip over 2x12 or 2x4 rafters and framing. I used mine to hang rather heavy truck ramps and they show no signs of bending or deflection. I'd buy again (wish they would offer a medium size too).

These hooks are great! Strong and sturdy. I do think the portion that goes around the rafter could be an inch or two longer and that would stop the hook from coming off the rafter so easily if you were trying to hook a mountain bike or something large and heavy to the hook. I use them in the garage, so it's quite a ways up when trying to hang my bike. They can also hold a good amount of weight without any sign of bending.

They are a quite reliable, strong and helpful product. One can take them right out of the box and easily use it right away. Mine are used to store an extension ladder which helps to keep it out of the way.
