Your cart is empty.Our newest J Hooks are designed as a barbell holding accessory that attaches to your Power Cage or Squat Stand that features 2" x 2" upright poles with 1” mounting holes. The peg used to insert on the cage or rack is approximately 1”, which allows for a tight fit on the upright poles. It features a heavy-duty steel base that creates a sense of security when using your barbell during squat type exercises and other intense workout routines. As a bonus, these hooks have a thick layer of grip tape that reduces the risk of scratching or scraping on the steel base. This will also help to protect the knurling on the barbell itself. NOTE: This does not mean that the grip tape will not get damaged during use. It is easy to install and we recommend placing the attachments at shoulder height so you can place the barbell with minimal risk of injury. These are sold in pairs.

Very good buy. The size is misleading. At first I thought they would be too small 2x2. They are actually more like 2,3/4 so it worked out. Tight fit with no slack.

The product fits my 2x2" 1" hole cage just fine, everyone complaining it doesn't fit doesn't know the dimensions of their own cage. One star off because the hooks are slightly not level so the bar doesn't rest completely flush on the hooks. Keeping them anyway for the price ($23) because they are heavy and built just fine.

I read the reviews about them not fitting, but I thought I would give it a whirl anyway. I may have received a defective pair, but these are way too big for a 2" x 2" rack.My rack is exactly 2" as you can see in one of the photos. The spotter arm is right at 2-1/2". This caused the spotter arm to fit very loosely in my rack and I wouldn't trust it to put any weight on it. Even if I did, due to the loose fit, the spotter arms were at a severe angle going down and away from the rack.

First off, the dimensions are not only inaccurate but also inconsistent. One arm measures 2 1/2", the other 2 7/16" and is uneven.Also, the 1 inch pins are angled in opposite directions, one angled up and the other angled down.These arms are not safe to use and would more than likely result in someone getting in injured.I am disappointed and surprised at the lack of quality control. I will be returning these arms ASAP.

YES!! Just one word about my Spotter Rack attachment I just received. The items were packaged in bubble wrap to prevent damage to the powder coating. The 1” inch pin and 2x2” opening fit perfectly on my cage. The extra extended arms make it adaptable for many lifts and body exercises. Very pleased and would highly recommended it to anyone who’s cage/rack meets the dimensions,

I was reluctant to purchase is because of the reviews I saw, but I decided to because they are the longest ones I could find on Amazon and I figured I could straighten them out if I needed to. They came perfect day aligned, there was no issues or no problems. They fit perfectly in a 2 x 2 for the 1 inch hole. Definitely a good product.

They seem really solid. Too bad it doesn’t fit there own product. Hill Fit might have another power cage these fit, but it’s not the one I have, or the majority of the ones they sell. Sent back.

Feels sturdy holding barbell and weight. Fits my squat cage ( 2*2 fitness reality) perfectly. I was concerned about mixing brands, but it’s not an issue. Only note is that the no slip grip was peeling on one side, but not a problem some super glue won’t fix.
