Very pleased with this unit. Mist could be dispersed a little better with a stronger fan, but it’s quiet and does a very good job. Best part is that it’s a great price. I’ve spent way more on humidifiers that fail after a few years, so even if this lasts only a couple, it’s still worth it. Holds at least 24 hours worth of water on medium output setting.

Have had a few of these. This is my favorite one so far. Size is great and tank is very easy to lift off and fill. Also doesn’t spew water when you remove the tank to fill which is a bonus since mine sits on lvl floor which doesn’t like to get wet!

This is a brilliant piece of equipment. It operates noiselessly. I've been sleeping really peacefully and weke up without feeling parched - banaglore's dry air leaves you feeling this way. My tendency to develop a cough and cold has also reduced ever since I've started using this. Adding aromatic oils make the whole experience feel really relaxing.

i run a wood stove for heat and this dries out the air, i run humidifiers all winter long.. and this product is the best i've found.. i run one in the bedroom and one in my main room..selling points - very quiet, fine mist that doesn't just drop, has a large water capacity, a light you can turn off and on and a spot to put essential oils in.. Highly recommend..

I should have bought it years ago! It is essential in areas where you are inside most of the time and sleep with the AC on. It has made a huge change in the quality of my sleep (dry air is super bad).It sends a nice amount of humidity to the environment. It works for a large bedroom size room.I like its high capacity. It gets heavy, but I take it as a mini-workout moment :-)It is easy to clean (cleaning it is super important to remove any potential pathogens that could have grown over time).I do not leave it on all the time but turn it off when I leave, so I do not know how effective the automatic shut-off is. I am happy with it.

Pros : it’s a large tank that can hold a lot of water, which is nice to keep it running for a while.I like that it has a light underneath.Inside tank is easy to clean, yes.However...Cons : it’s a little noisy. If you compare to brown noise, it’s slightly more of a whirring noise.Most importantly though, the tube where the mist comes out of isn’t easy to clean. I wish the bottom part was detachable to clean inside.I noticed pink mold growing around the inlet and cleaned thoroughly. It kept coming back.I took a flashlight and peered inside tonight and pink mold was all over inside the cup-like interior. I thought I had scrubbed it all, but it’s hard to see let alone clean that part. (Base of tube.)I have a lower respiratory infection and after 2 weeks of coughing green mucus, I finally understand why I got sick. I have a little one who’s cough came back (the whole reason I bought this to help her because it’s dry in our house.)Its a great humidifier, just wish the base part of the tube was detachable to see/clean the inside.(I have been letting it run for a full day, and then thoroughly clean the entire unit plus base. It wasn’t until recently I really dug in there to clean and found what I did out of curiosity. After almost a month of use, I did this to myself. Just beware - clean the tube!!!)

UPDATE 11/23:I bought another one, in preparation for winter. Winter is coming, after all!With winter here, my darling wife demanded more humidity inside our single story ranch home located in SW OH.Being the dutiful (semi-intelligent) husband that I am, I complied. I checked out the Amazon reviews for humidifiers, and bought this unit. After a couple weeks, I bought another one.Overall, this humidifier is pretty good.It's VERY quiet. NO fan noise at all. Despite being an ultrasonic-type unit, our dogs at home don't "freak out" from the humidifiers at all.My main concerns with this unit are: - The "cap" that directs the mist.....It FALLS to the ground when you tip the water reservoir so you can fill it. Once it falls to the ground, it bounces a couple times, then breaks into 2 parts (fairly easily reassembled). This cap should NOT fall out when the water tank is inverted. It probably needs just a bit of padding on the sides. - The user-friendliness of the water tank handle. YES, you can grab it. Now, try flipping it upside down & manipulating it so as to refill the water tank. I'd MUCH prefer a side-filling tank, as found on our main home humidifier.Overall, though, this humidifier meets our needs at home. It's VERY quiet, and sprays plenty of water mist out into the air so as to humidify our home.
