I received the chairs fast and in great condition, but had a small issue with one of the bolts when I was assembling one of the chairs. I contacted customer service and they return my call within two minutes. The customer service representative was extremely pleasant and helpful. I sent them the information they needed to ship the replacement bolt and within three days I received a full set of bolts and nuts via FedEx. As for the chairs, they are very comfortable and well made. I looked for days for these type of chairs and I can honestly say that this is the best deal I could find on Amazon. Great price for the quality of these chairs. Everything else I found on Amazon similar to these chairs was over $500. I am very satisfied with my purchase and the customer service.

These are very nice, comfortable and durable. They do take about an hour to assemble. Quicker with 2 people. Nice overall.

They look nice. The assembly isn’t easy. The cushions are cheap and not comfortable. The weave on the exterior pops out. It’s pretty cheaply made, but it looks nice and if you don’t care about comfort, it’s okay for the price. It does not swivel easily and has a grinding sound.

So glad Amazon has these patio chairs. I priced similar chairs at a local store but one chair costs what both costed me on Amazon. They’re very comfortable, swivel and rock. Highly recommend!

The set seems well designed and sturdy. My only issue was the legs looked cheap and allowed the couch sections to slide about independently. So, I made some new, double legs (also a little taller) and everything is awesome!

Wanted a set of swivel and glider chairs for my patio to be able to join conversations on either side of the patio. These fit my needs and the price for the pair is less than anything selling locally and on Amazon. Easy to put together.(did it myself) the rattan is darker than my monitor but still works with my existing furniture. Love them and it will be “who gets the chairs?” when guests join me.
