Super cute toddler boardshorts, especially for the price. My son usually wears a 4T in pants with an adjustable waistband. I had to size down because the drawstring is not functional (just for looks).

These are nice shorts but are really cut to a very slim body type, if your son has no booty these are likely to work better for you. My son is not over weight but cannot wear these well. He needs a type with an elastic waist band I guess. These only have a small amount of adjustment to them with the tab and strings you tie together.They are unlined.

Nice shorts but they run 1-2 sizes large. I bought a size 5 for a 5 year old and I appreciate that they have adjustable elastic on the inside but even so they are still too large.

I always go Hurley. They thought of everything for these. I was worried about going with a larger size. My son is 4, and based on his measurements I went 5. Inside the waist is an elastic band with a button on each size so you can cinch it up. I’m glad, because it was a bit big, but not a problem with these. We can just let it out as he grows. I bet we get two or three years out of these! No regrets! Thanks Hurley!

These shorts are amazing for tall but very skinny boys! It doesn't say in the description but I was super happy to find these had adjustment waistbands! My son loves them and I have been able to tighten them so they don't fall down.Ita almost impossible to get board shorts for him so we are super happy
