My daughter just turned 10 and is average build; slim but not skinny. The size 10 was very fitted on her. The size 12 fit her better, with room to grow but it wasn’t loose.

I don't know what’s going on now, why it’s impossible to find a swimsuit appropriate for developing aged girls. It wasn’t like this when I was growing up in the 90s/00s. There is zero lining to this suit top. Not even an extra layer of material. My daughter just turned fourteen and is small for her age and I could not have her in public in this suit. Again, no idea why/how clothing manufacturers or whatever suddenly forgot, or something, that girls develop up top and need more coverage once you reach the 10/12 sizes at a minimum. It should not be this difficult finding a decent suit. Do not buy unless you’re okay with publicly humiliating your daughter.

Got this for my curvy 3 yo. She’s 3ft 4in tall and 42 pounds. I got her a size 7. It’s just the right amount of coverage I was looking for and a perfect fit! The color is adorable and bright, the material is smooth and comfortable. Dries fast and holds up very well. I can 100% see myself purchasing again when she outgrows this one, I love it and so does she!

I bought this for my daughter for water days at school. I love that the bottoms are shorts so she is completely covered. The material is so soft and not cheap! The colors are as the photos and vibrant. I have washed this many times and still in tact and looks brand new. I don’t put in the dryer just air dry! It’s not super tight either. I always size up on bathing suits though to give. Little extra room and last longer!
