If your hvac in your truck only has high speed. You need to swap out this relay. So easy to do. 4 small screws to drop out old one and replace with this new relay. Done. Just like new.

It fits, and it works, but it's mixed up. Speed #1 is medium fan speed, #2 is slow speed, and #3 is high speed. I guess you get what you pay for. The Dodge Ram owner is happy with it, that's what matters.

The problem that this was intended to fix was that I had no fan at speeds 1 or 2 and subsequently, the A/C indicator would not come on unless it was in position 3 (sometimes too much fan). Although the old resistor was fairly new, it was clearly broken when removed. The new piece was a breeze to install and the A/C indicator now comes on at speeds 1 and 2, but there is no difference between them and neither moves much air. I can't rule out that there is an issue with the fan motor itself. I'm not that knowledgeable about such things, but I suspect that the resistor is of poor quality.

I originally rated 4 star but updating to 1 star. Here is why... When I first installed, the lowest blow setting did not work but the others did. So I thought whatever, 1 star. Only 2 days later, they all stopped working 80% of the time.. 20% of the time if you left it alone after 5 mins or so, It would start working. I thought the issue may be somewhere else... a short or something? then by the end of the first week. Nothing worked.Then I spent real money & I bought one from the dealer, I need my AC! and it works perfectly, no issues 3 weeks later.So in the end, everyone else rating this 1 star is correct. Its junk.

Very easy to install...2 screws. So far it is working fine at a fraction of the cost of the dealer oem part. I have had to replace this part every 2 years or so to get the low speeds back on the blower motor, so why not go with a cheaper alternative.

Came in fast and correct. Part looked top quality but the price was the lowest on the net. It fixed my blower speed problem and took about 3 minutes to complete including grabbing a screwdriver and throwing the old one away.
