I bought this because my HVAC motor is now making unusual noises and this is the first sign of a motor about to go out. I had this same issue in another Ford truck, so I'm confident that this will solve the issue. It's a pretty easy DIY fix given the location of the actual component, so for under $40 you can likely solve this on your own and stop the pesky noise (and eventual air flow issues once it goes out). What I know so far (I haven't installed it yet, just got it early this morning):* part arrived quickly, shipping was next day* part appears in good working order, boxed properly* good value for the money given the problem it solves and what a mechanic would charge (minimum $500)I will update this review after the actual installation in my truck to confirm fit and functionality.
