Tips
This blend door controller had 5 pins (left 2 pins and right 3 pins) terminal connector. There are a couple of similar versions of this parts in the market, you can pull yours out and count the pins to get the correct one. Prior to replacement, you need to make sure this is the exact one you need.

The blend door actuator on my 2010 Tahoe went bad during the summer and got stuck on heat mode.I found this and installed it and now it works perfectly again.Looks just like the OEM actuator and works just the same.
