Only thing to anchor it in place is the strap around the back. Needs some tie downs at least at the crack between the back of the seat and the seat of the couch to keep the cover from pulling out. Fabric is also very stiff out of the bag. Non slip material on back of cover is not of good quality. For the price-POS

Second sofa cover I buy from this seller and just like the last one it work great. It looks modern, clean, and does a great job at protecting the couch. The measures are as described and its super easy to put on. The bad thing is that this one arrived with a tear in one of the seams.

The cover feels and looks nice. While this particular cover doesn't fit our pillow back leather sofa it does protect from the paws and claws. It needs to be repositioned frequently as the silicone grips do not do anything. Good price, wrong style sofa.

This worked perfectly for me with only one suggestion for the rest of you. The way the item is pictured shows a black strap which would go around the back of the sofa to hold the top part of the slipcover in place. I didn't notice this when I ordered or I would have opted for something else as my sofa is white and the strap really stands out. Also the slip cover wasn't staying in place well until I decided to flip it upside down. The part of the cover that goes on the back upright side of the sofa with the strap is now on the seat cushions with the strap running underneath of the cushions. My sofa has three cushions for the back of the sofa that are unattached. I removed the cushions and placed what should be the part of the cover to be sat on over the bare back and let it fall behind the sofa. For extra measure, I wedged a tension rod between the back of the cushions and the upright backrest portion of the sofa and then replaced the back cushions. I also let some of the cover hang down the front and tucked underneath the seat cushions. It's been three weeks and the cover hasn't budged. I haven't once straightened it out. If your sofa doesn't have removeable backrest cushions, you could put the cover over those cushions, but you would really need the tension rod. It wasn't necessary for me to try it that way, so I don't know if it is as perfect a solution as with my removable cushions, but certainly worth a try.

La calidad de la tela es buena pero las hebillas son muy delgadas y se abren como se ve en la foto luego de sentarse varias personas o mascotas en el sofá. además se requiere colocar otras correas en el respaldo porque se resbalan y se caen. Las correas en un principio las puse ajustadas y al suceder esto las corrí completamente pensando que estaban demasiado ajustadas y volvió a suceder lo mismo. No estoy conforme con el producto.

I have a 68 “ leather sofa. I ordered covers twice from another vender. Both were two inches too small across the seat area or the wrong color. This cover is extra large and wider than the suggested size but you can tuck the extra inches on each side between the seat cushion and sofa arm. This is definitely a plus! This allows extra give when sitting down. The backing has tiny rubber nibs which should be kinder to the leather surface than the larger gorilla grips while providing less slippage. There is a system of plastic /elastic loops on the wrong side of the cover thru which an enclosed cord may be attached and eventually tied to the back sofa legs. I have small dogs and have not used that feature. There are other elastic loops on the cover back I did not need. This cover has a good looking quilted finish although it is lighter weight than the ones I returned. I did considerable research on sofa covers and read all the reviews. I am very pleased with this cover especially for small dogs. If you have very large dogs you may require a heavier quilted fabric.

I bought this because it was the only reasonably-priced couch cover that claimed to be 100% waterproof... I was hopeful but skeptical.First, it's soft-ish but not super soft. It fits my 2 large cushion couch okay. There was not a band to hold the back/top on like the picture but I was able to make mine stay okay.Second, and most important - This is definitely water proof! My lovely pug decided to empty his entire bladder on my couch. AND not a drop leaked through!! I first sopped up the pee with paper towels and then tossed it in the washer. It washes well but does take a lot of my washer and dryer up so if yours is smaller, it might not fit.I was afraid I was going to have to replace my couch after the 1st time he peed on it. I used Angry Orange Odor Eliminator which took care of the smell and mess. I bought this right after cleaning it and I'm SO glad I did! I'm giving it 5 stars for doing the job of keeping anything from leaking through to my couch. Is it the prettiest or softest, no but I'm very happy with the leakproof feature. A good deal, I think!

*UPDATE*: Slides all over the place with just one sitting. Very annoying! Also hard to vacuum.I was nervous about the sizing given that my couch has a low back, but I took a chance based on the reviews and the fit is perfect! My rescue chihuahua mix sheds and the couch is her favorite hand spot so I had to get a cover. Sitting on it, it feels soft. However, it did shift a little so I can say that it will need to be adjusted frequently to stay in place. The picture is day 1 so I will update after some use and after washing.
