My one and only complaint is the restriction of water through the straw. Given that info, I can say that this has not leaked for me at all. So the pros definitely outweigh the cons! I am not a very long distance runner, so the 1.5L has been plenty of water for me. I rarely even reach half full.

Needed a new bite valve on a pack and just decided to get a complete bladder. This one was on the cheaper end but had proven itself with a few uses. The bag did not leak once and the bite valve holds a good deal too. It is light as my original unit but did not come with an insulated line, which I did not see a point of for warm weather use.

I love long distance running, but need a lot of water to do so. I have a backpack that I like a lot, but it was to the point that I needed a replacement bladder. This one worked super well. I love the 2L size and the bite valve was great.
