I installed this starter 100% properly works fine for the first evening I went to go start the engine in the next day, and the starter started smoking I do not recommend buying this product from these guys they have a short return policy and poor products

Positive Stud for solenoid stripped out threads extremely easy. Never snugged up had to switch with spare solenoid and worked fine. Was used on a harbor freight 422 cc preaditor generator
