Quality is outstanding. Price was reasonable and actually a bargain for the dining set. The company included a maintenance kit which is very much appreciated to inform us at the least on how to maintain the set. The delivery was prompt. This table is A+ . I was worried the chairs would not tuck fully under the table but that was not a problem. The table has adjustable legs to raise it slightly so the chairs fit under it. I tried to add pictures but the Amazon review does not except PDF images for photos.

This is a beautiful and well made dining set. It was not difficult to put together and came with all necessary parts. One package of chairs was delivered bent. We refused delivery and contacted both customer service and the delivery company. The delivery company sent notice to Urban Elements that the chairs were not damaged. Urban Elements reached out to us immediately and we informed them that the chairs arrived bent and asked that they send us replacements as soon as possible. The customer service rep was friendly, did not question my assertation and sent replacement chairs immediately. We received a free gift and personal card with our purchase. Urban Elements claims to be a family owned company, and this is very evident by the very personal and efficient customer service we received. Very satisfied with this product and will most definitely order future items from this company.
