Bench was easy to assemble. Thick material feels sturdy. The legs are thick and looks really study when sitting on it. Real unfinished, can paint or stain. Will recommend.

Box upon arrival wasn't securely taped and open on one side, but happily the bench was packed well-protected and was undamaged. All parts were included and it appears will be easy enough to put together after I've stained it. Nice grain pattern and sturdy legs.

Assembled in less than 15 min. Painted black the next day, custom cushion from Amazon was here in two weeks. It’s all perfect, matches with our table, seems super sturdy, proper height to table, and last but not least everyone likes to sit on it. I’m really happy with this purchase, it really worked out, and an extremely good value. It is real wood indeed, not some cheap composite.

The bench was very well made. It was well packaged. It was solid wood, very sturdy. The only thing I had to do was put the legs on it. For the price and the way it came packaged. There's no way Amazon made any money. I've seen coffins not as sturdy as the box it came in. That took the longest, breaking the box down. Thanks Amazon. Still haven't stained it yet.

I was quite pleased when this farmhouse bench arrived at my doorstep. Assembling it was a breeze; it comes with everything one needs. No extra tools or even extra hands are needed.The craftsmanship is noteworthy. It exudes a rustic charm that perfectly suits my decor, and it's solidly built. I have no doubts this bench will serve me well for many seasons to come.As for its role in my home, the bench is destined to be the cornerstone of my reading nook. I needed a sturdy bench for my guest room—something solid enough for my aging parents to sit on while putting on shoes, etc. I also wanted something that fit in with the dark, chunky antique furniture in the room. This piece was super easy to assemble and took a coat of stain and a layer of wax beautifully. This was exactly what I was looking for.

I looked for a couple of days online at Amazon and other places and this was by far the best table bench I could find for the money. It is heavy and well built. It was easy to assemble. We are using it as a table bench, and we love it. It was unfinished, but too good to pass up. As it is on the "wall" side of our dining table, maybe we'll finish it one day, maybe not. Though it IS attractive, this one will likely only be seen by the grandchildren who sit on it.
