Over 9 days to receive results and only after 2 emails sent did I receive results. Told a replacement test kit would be sent and never received.

This is a great alternative to those ICP services that ship their samples overseas. Results came in less than a week from Florida. There were updates through the whole process so you knew exactly where the sample was during shipping and receiving. The website is organized and the results had great information for levels and corrections. Couldn't ask for more really. Will be sticking to this company from now on. Thanks guys.
