It is long enough to give control / leverage as the cam finds its way through each galley. Wish it had bolts for various cams to mate it with

Usually I don’t write bad reviews for damaged products since it may have been due to shipping but this was clearly damaged before it was packaged. I noticed it before I took it out of the plastic. There’s no way the hole could have gotten mushroomed out like this in transit (see pictures). If you are going to brag about it being made in USA at least have better quality control than China. The damage is on the surface that mates with the face of the cam so it is important that it is nice and flat.
