IDC Powerharness is your dog harness for bustling days, early morning walks, and getting around safely. It is a harness you can fit in one move and count on when you need it.
Efficient power transmission, efficient control
We have optimized the IDC Powerharness for the power directed at the dog. It's chest strap is parallel to the leash in your hand; therefore, it can transmit the power arriving from you in the most efficient manner. This means that you can hold back or stop your dog when you need to with less effort. The wide chest strap and the optional chest pad help distribute the power over the chest for the proper comfort of your pet.
Specific design for each dog size
In order to offer the same comfort to all the dogs, the structure of the harness is different for small and large dogs; we designed them with the specific dog sizes and the relevant leash angles in mind.

This is high quality, easy to use, and fit perfectly after measuring your dog. I love the handle feature and that you can add more Velcro patches if you want to customize them.

My dog pulls SO much less since we started using this. I’m thrilled. It’s sturdy and easy to put on. The denim is cute, too. We had a red one at first and people mistook him for a service dog.

This is the second set we bought of this brand. We have had one for three years and the other for one and a half years. We use them all the time and they are still holding up really well. I have hand washed a time or three and hang to dry. They are comfortable for the dogs. One of my dogs hates things going over his ears so we have to go slow and be gentle with him. The other dog jumps right in and wants hers on as soon as she sees it.

This has great reviews, and I had heard it being recommended in a breed forum. Overall, it’s a great harness. That said, for the price point, I’d hope the manufacturer would consider upgrading the closure clips to metal, rather than plastic. Our puppy got ahold of it and chewed on the clip, and it partially broke. I managed to get it to clasp again so she could wear it, and then couldn’t get it off. I nearly had to cut if off, and then it finally came loose again. The clip is nearly completely broken now, and when that happens, we will no longer be able to use the harness, unless we can find a way to replace the clip.I seriously hope the manufacturer considers metal clips for a design update. This is a wonderful harness otherwise. The only other suggestion I have would be to add a zipped pocket. Our other dog’s harness has both a metal clip and a zipped pocket and, while also not perfectly designed, those features are what made me purchase it over another Julius.

We have a female Cane Corso/Press Canario and she during leash corrections we have torn her past harnesses.(She's just a very big girl) I had heard about Julius K9 harnesses but was happy with the one we had. After 2 years the handle portion tore a bit and I finally invested. Never looking back and wish I had bought it sooner! Appears very comfortable for Iris to wear, very strong and durable.. I love that it had built in reflectors and flows in the dark. As well, so easy to put on and take off! Incredible product

I spent months debating between this and other harnesses for my German Shepherd, and am certainly pleased with the choice. I started by using the online sizing instructions and this resulted in the perfect harness size. The construction quality is excellent, and the ease of donning is a vast improvement over the Kong harness we previously used in training. There is no restriction in her motion when running, it sits comfortably on her when sitting and in down, and she gets endless compliments while wearing it. As other reviewers have mentioned, the fabric side towards the dog is comfortably soft yet tends to accumulate hair from her longer coat. From Julius and beyond there are countless variation of simple text labels and intricately-designed custom labels that can replace the provided Julius k-9 labels, before everyone assumes your dog is named Julius. The ring is solid and large enough to accommodate multiple lead connections and/or tags, though the ring diameter is larger than our existing tag connection hardware. I enjoy the integrated handle when my daughter is exiting the car as extra security against my four-legged child trying to follow my two-legged child into school. Exactly what I was looking for.
