This makes a beautiful addition to my deck. Just as pictured. Easy to put together. I like that the seat cushion comes with velcro securing straps at the bottom so it's hidden and doesn't move. Support beams on the bottom seem thin and legs are a tad wobbly but might just be a matter of tightening.

The chair itself is great - the company is not.there was one piece broken, it didn't impact using the chair, just the pull-out shelf.I contacted them at the email provided in the instructions. 5-weeks later I hadn't heard anything so followed up. after going back and forth they said they couldn't send that one piece so I should return the item to Amazon. I said I couldn't because it took them longer to respond than Amazon's return policy. They offered a $40 partial refund. I accepted and sent them my address. They responded asking for a PayPal account to remit the funds. I told them I don't have a PayPal account and again asked for a check. They refused, saying they can only make payment via PayPal. That's ridiculous. A company can't write a check?Again, the chair itself is very good. However, the customer service - or lack thereof - means I will never buy one of their products again.

Sturdy, attractive, and comfortable seat height that doesn'tfeel like you'resitting on the ground. Easy to stand up compared to our lower putdoor furniture.

I haven't assembled the product yet (the matching chairs were great) but I had to pay $100 at the post office because it was oversized. No idea why it wasn't sent UPS or FedEx instead but beware getting stuck with a big bill.
