You can think of this as an 'open air' jock strap. The adjustable design and fabric selection makes this a very comfortable, accommodating and 'forgiving' garment as far as fitment and sizing.There are always exceptions. For example: this may not fit those who are morbidly obese and especially so for those with an already inherently small package. This does not mean these were "made for HWP/ small framed Asian (he meant Oriental) men". That is like blaming the spoon for making people fat.Yes, such sizing issues happen from time to time when ordering from Oriental suppliers where "Large" for them is Medium or Small elsewhere, but that is not the case here at all. Here it is stated for a waist of 38" and recall that the 'waist' here really means hip size, because the main band rests on or just about the hip.Big bellies operate like a cantilever on one's package regardless of anything else. The further out that gut protrudes, the more it pulls into the body what's right beneath it. Imagine that principle with an already small package.These T-backs with their under straps still have to have something to work with. Given the physics, mass, geometry, with a minimal personal space area involved, it's not hard to see that no elastic strap is going to convince Hurtle the Turtle to venture out into the open.If you are the exception with the fitment of these and they won't fit-look to yourself first. These will work for anyone that is anywhere near the normal range of U.S. malesIf HWP is the Pitchers Mound, then if you are at least working anywhere out on the field, you'll be fine but not so much of you are up in the stands or out in the parking lot.Short of the above situation, it is possible that the cut simply doesn't work for you. I ordered a similar pair much like these that did not work for me. It became obvious that those other pair were made for show-ers, not growers-but I didn't blame the tailor for only making these for Mr. Ed.

I am 5’8”, 170 lbs, and I wear 34 inch waist pants. I bought a large and it fits well around my boys. It helps push my package up and be more pronounced ( I am average size). I plan to wear this with my bathing suit . I wouldn’t wear this for more than 2 or 3 hours. Having said that, it does give nice support.

Got it for my already well endowed BF, this does the job! Nice and bulgy! He says it's very comfortable too. Definitely worth it for a "naughty" well packed look!

Junk. The stitching was already separating when I pulled it out of the box. Wore it once and wont chance it again. Just seemed like cheap junk from over seas that became from America not made for americans.. if you know what I mean

Loop is too large and stretchy to support. Waist is fine. At first I Thought it was the "one size fits all" fault but I've ordered sport Or pouch style underwear that the pouch For The boys was way Too Small soooo... I'm somewhere between avg & large so I'm guessing it won't fit most guys unless your hung like a moose.. A big moose...

I bought this product after reading the few reviews expecting it to be a tight (I am a size 36). I was pleasantly surprised to see that it fit quite well. Will be ordering 2 more seeing as the price is right, if i was single it would be more... this is the male equivalent of a pushup bra. Only complaint is that I wish the band that went under the package was slightly wider, if you are average or bigger you will understand why but still looks great. Wife loves that it makes a defined outline even though denim as she loves teasing through clothing.
