It’s been just over a year and it still looks like new

I love this item and easy to install. I didn’t use the tape it gave me. Instead I used strong holding Velcro and put it on my rear window. This way I can remove it when needed, but not have it fly off.

So the product itself is very nice. All the accessories that come with it, throw them straight into the trash if you want to keep your Louver on your car. Search youtube for 'My Rear Window Louver Flew Off!!! 😰' by CTHellCat. Use Scotch Extreme Fastner RF6761 on both the window and the louver (get it here or homedepot or lowes). Install it like CTHellCat did it and you will not have a problem. For the center where you will get a slapping noise, simply use 1/2 cut pieces of Everbilt pipe insulation that you purchase from home depot every year to cover your pipes during the winter.

Although I really like the look of this louver it is difficult to justify the time and extra expense I had to put into it. First off there and no directions on how to install it and unlike similar louvers there are no screws or other simple methods to install. It comes with a cheap double sided tape, glue, what I assume is weather stripping, and a foam type buffer tape. Without any directions its almost impossible to figure out how these items are supposed to be used. The weather stripping looks so cheap and warped that its an insult to even use it. I ended up using double locking fasteners that I got at home depot to secure the louver. These were about 30 dollars a role and I used 2. Still better than risking it fly off my car. Overall I like the look of it and the visibility is decent considering you are covering your window but if I could go back I'd find another product

Looks awesome, have to get a little creative with the install. They get floppy in the middle in the wind so you have to use the foam pads to fill the gap between the window and the louvers to stop any movement/ flop

Great quality, came on time, looks great! You will need to purchase better double sided tape, if your vehicle is exposed to multiple weather conditions like mine. The one that came with did not stick 24hrs due to rain and moisture.
