I bought this to make myself more visible when exercising at night or very early in the morning and I can say it works a treat. It's light and comfortable to wear as well.

I buy them in pairs, just in case I am walking with a friend in the early morning hours. My observation the LED in this newer model of belts are brighter. That is Wonderful...I still have two of my older belts that the lights / battery still work, and charge well. It's just the elasticity of the belt over time (I am talking about a year or so) wear out. I clip my iPhone on it all the time too. So... I just ordered 3 more... What I do sometimes if I see someone else walking, I say... "Hey you need a Belt with a LED on it !", and I give them my old one. Easy to charge with any spare usb cable you have lying around. I also use when Riding my Motorcycle at Night, adds Visibility for the crazy 4-Wheelers. Give this one a try...

UPDATE: After posting my review, the seller contacted me offering a full refund. I appreciate this. It is good business. It did not work for me, as described below, but I am adding a star for the quality of the company.Good idea and the light works well. Easy to charge, but I wish it was a USB c plug (minor issue). The big disappointment is how rigid the light portion and the straps are, making it uncomfortable to wear. The elastic seems durable, though. Wearing it across your shoulder is uncomfortable and nearly impossible if you are an adult. It's a great idea in need of improvement.

I like the product as it increases my safety during running and cycling. I had a couple of issues being seen by car drivers before using this belt. I especially like the blinking feature of the LED. Battery life is good and can be easily charged by mini USB.

Bien lumineux, ça s'ajuste bien pour moi, même avec un blouson (mais je ne suis ni grand ni gros).Et le plus important, en mode clignotant, je suis sûr d'être vu.C'est solide (suffisamment pour traîner au fond de mes sacoches), ça ne consomme presque rien, c'est très pratique (léger, pas encombrant), et vraiment efficace.J'adore. Je le recommande sans hésiter.

I love this so much I bought a second one for myDog!!! (And plan to return the suspended style reflective ones i recently purchased. I go out running with my big furry Old English Sheepdog before the sun is up every morning and I wanted more than just a reflective belt that was only noticeable with the lights shining in it. This LED belt is great because even in Dim light it stands out. My dog and I each wear ours strapped around our waist on the smallest setting. I like how unlike over the shoulder vests, it doesn't bother my shoulders. Because of where it sits on my waist under I don't even see it from my perspective (aka my chest blocks my view!) I had a hard time finding reflective gear for myLarge dog that wouldn't be hidden by all his fur, but the light feature on this is perfect! I've tried crossing it from his neck to under one front paw and around his neck, but the waist works best with it tucked under his harness so it won't slip. They really should market this product for dogs seing as there isn't much out there. (And perhaps make one that would go around their neck, front of chest and around their backs so they r seen at all angles) I just make sure to take it off him ASAP when we get home so he doesn't chew it up. I emagine that would be dangerous! I like that the cars can easily see from far away that there are two of us on the road and they allow extra room for us when they drive past. I've gone several days of not charging my belts over night and have yet to notice the light go dim. I chose the red belt because it would be calmest on my eyes if I used it at night time.

As I’m quite experienced in ordering things I need off of Amazon, I am well aware of the risks of purchasing something without seeing it in person first. But as someone with serious exercise goals for the new year, I wanted to make sure I would be able to safely walk or ride my bike during the darker winter months. I ran across this product while looking for safety accessories, and I thought it looked like it was worth the risk even though I wasn’t able to see it physically first. I am beyond satisfied with the Illumiseen reflective belt – the quality workmanship and the variety of ways it can be used are actually much better than I expected.I have purchased simple reflective belts in the past, but this one is constructed with much better materials that will make it very durable for sure. The elastic of the belt is extremely sturdy and the clasp as well as the adjustment buckle are both made of strong plastic – no flimsy materials with this belt! I also love the technology offered and wasn’t even aware it existed in terms of the LED rechargeable lights through USB charging. The instructions are very easy to understand, and the belt itself works in multiple ways. I like that I can choose to use the lights or not because the reflective stripes in the belt glow in the dark even if the LED lights are off. And the lights themselves are made just as well as the rest of the belt. It is great being able to choose whether the bright neon green lights stay solid or flash, so I can adjust my visibility as needed.It also works great on my dog! The belt adjusts to fit around her chest just as well as it fits me so whenever I don’t want to wear it myself, my dog can wear it when we go on our walks at night and we’re both safe. I am very happy with my purchase and expect that I am going to get years of great use out of this reflective gear. I am actually going to be purchasing one for my nephew as well as my Mom because they both like to walk or ride bikes in the dark and this will keep them safe too.
