This is not welding, wire or battery wire. This wire is garbage and falls apart as soon as you put power to it.

I bought this cable as battery wire for my RV solar system. This was my first time working with a large wire like this, but there were some fit issues with Ferrule's, and Lug's I bought from other manufactures that make me suspicious this wire wasn't as large as it should have been. Specifically, the Ferrule kit I bought included several smaller sizes than 1/0 I was able to easily fit 3 sizes smaller Ferrule on the end of this wire. Additionally, the Lug's I bought had to be crimped multiple sizes smaller than expected to get the wire to hold in the lug.I'm no electrician, and my system is working without excessive heat.... but I'm suspicious.
