I had an old aftermarket double din stereo installed before in my 03 sport trac. I upgraded the head unit to a newer more modern android auto compatible pioneer head unit. I got it as close to the specs as my original head unit. I had it professionally installed but I didn't like the way the head unit sat. It sat way to far in. As other reviews might say, other kits makes it sit sunken in about an inch or more. It looked like crap. This kit lets it sit more flush with the bezel. My only gripe is the bezel it comes with could not fit around the head unit. I tried to dremel it down as much as I could to get it to fit, but it just wouldn't work. In the end I left it off. Only if your looking really hard enough can you notice its missing. Other than that, this kit worked wonders.

I bought this for my 1997 ford ranger which it fits into. But the 7 inch double din screen I got this kit does not fit. The sides don’t fit the front don’t fit. I had to modify the sides to fit it and the front I just abandoned

Plastic, flimsy material, not so good with an older dash part, use the metal ones instead.

You can't buy a better install kid this one is totally flush with the bezel the last one I bought with sunken in about an inch and a half and look like s*** this install kit is the best look no further

I chose to install a double Din stereo in my 2004 Crown Vic. I looked at several install kits and though slight modification to the dash bezel was needed this kit worked excellant.
