I keep looking for and trying gloves that can protect the backs of my "old man" hands that get ugly purpura from the tiniest impact or prick. These would be great if they fit more comfortably but the XXXL fits like L. Ho hum.....The world is going to L and us X, XX, and XXX need not apply.

I bought these for someone who needs gloves that can withstand handling cardboard boxes all day (opening them, breaking them down and moving boxes around) In this instance the bright colors are a turn off, but I can see how that would be helpful for certain jobs where you need to stand out or to deter stealing. I believe these lasted him for 3 to 4 weeks before breaking down. This is an average amount of time compared to other gloves. The one big downfall for him was they are way too hot. Definitely a cold weather glove.
