Exactly as pictured. Very comfortable and the wheels ride very smooth on all surfaces. I’m a beginner but these make it extremely easy to get started. The boot comes out of the skate’s shell which makes it super easy to clean off. Shipping was quick as well, all in all a great product!

I got it with a defective wheel.The customer care service was tormenting me for a few days asking for photos over and over again. Finally they agreed that I could return them.The product looks very good. There isn't something on the market that looks better. However, because it is all plastic, in person they look fell really cheap and the weels were making a weird sound (because of the plastic that they are attach to probably)

Impala skates feel really tight I’m a size 7 I feel like I should’ve got an eight. Overall it’s a cute skate I’m not gonna give up I just need the right size. I’ll get my next review when I get the right size
