Depending on the beer and the length of time between pours, the tap can get stuck in place, making it almost impossible to move. Sometimes I'm able to jiggle it and slowly loosen it, but other times I have to remove the tap head and run it under water. This simple product got it unstuck without having to resort to those other options. It's very convenient having this. I plan on keeping it next to my tap head and using it frequently to keep it cleaned out. It's small and is flexible rubber so it won't get in the way, and I don't have to worry about it falling on the ground and breaking. While it's not super-expensive, it does seem kind of over-priced for what it is (you could probably just use a thick balloon). But it is a unique niche item, so maybe that factors into the pricing. It comes three to a box, so you will likely never have to buy it again.

I really like this simple device – it is easy to use and actually cleans out the beer taps with hot water. I'm a home brewer with a couple of Cornelius kegs and a CO2 tank in an old refrigerator in my garage. Friends come over, we share a couple of home brews on tap. It may be a week or two before we repeat the occasion. I had noticed the black specs on the head of a pour but could not figure out whaere they came from. I got these, filled one up with hot tap water, placed a small bowl under the tap and squeezed. It took me four cycles to get the vent holes opened up and allowing the water to flush out the gunk that had built up in the taps. Very easy to use, no fuss, no mess. Highly recommended for those like me – we're not going to "flush the beer lines" like they do in the bars. I'm using this after every weekend get together from now on. The kit has three of the little plastic flushers in it so we're good for the long haul here.

These are new to me. I've had a beer ockey box for a long time and didn't kow I needed to clean the vents in the beer faucets. These hold an adequate amount of warm water that easily sprays through the vents to helpo keep the faucets clean.I downgraded one star because these are thin plastic and sorta flimsy. I might be wrong, as i've only used them once so far, but they don't look as though they'll last very long if used on a regular basis. But if yu hae a jockey box or kegerator at home, these will be a useful addition to your leaning tools.

I like beer. I've brewed beer (have my own kegs and tap). I belong to a club that has a bar.Beer taps must be regularly cleaned and sanitized, including the lines coming from the kegs. All bars do this. However, there is that "weakest link" in the path between keg and glass; it's that part of the tap that is open to the air. Up to the valve, everything's under pressure and nothing gets in. After the valve, the beer runs through and drains into your glass. In a busy establishment, this part of the tap is "rinsed" with beer at short intervals. However at night or during a slow period, a small amount of beer dries onto the inside of the tap spout. It can also pick up bacteria, mold, what have you.The best defense against this beer residue is to flush it out. There are brushes for cleaning the taps, but they don't rinse the inside. These "cleaning balls" on the other hand, force water up through the spout and flush away the beer residue. They are easy to use, leave no objectionable substances, and can remove the beer residue before it dries or grows things. Certainly something to use as the last order of business at night, or even when the taps are going to be idle. The only caveat is to examine your taps and be sure that they have a small vent hole.

These little squeeze bulbs do what they're supposed to: squirt water into you beer taps to rinse them out at the end of the day. They are super easy to use, and seem durable enough to last for a while. I'm hoping that using these regularly will lengthen the time between needing to disassemble and thoroughly scrub the inner workings of the taps, but won't know for a few months. I'd give this product 5 stars because the squeeze bulbs are simple and they work, but holy cow, I think the price is about triple what it should be.

I needed this to clean the tap on my home kegerator. It's super easy to use, and did a great, thorough job in cleaning my tap lines.

The instructions for this product aren't especially great. They tell you to verify that your tap system has event hole, but they don't really tell you how to verify that. I think I've got one, but I couldn't get this thing to work. It's not the end of the world, I do know how to untap everything and disassemble the entire faucet head and clean it with a toothbrush if I have to. I just thought that this was a product that would make it so that I wouldn't have to go through all that effort. It didn't work for me.

Extremely easy to use - so easy, not really sure I would need these at all... a balloon would work similarly, except much harder to get the water into. Basically, you just fill the plastic bulb with warm water, put it over the tap, and squeeze. You MUST have vented taps for these to work as intended -- I do not, so it made a bit of a mess and likely didn't clean anything. Worth the money just to have something handy that is easy to fill and use.
