The bend is wrong. It will hit the stator cover. Can you bend it to make it work? Yes, but I see no reason why I should have to. Do better IMS.

Looked pretty good when it showed up, and kinda matched the OEM. But, when installed, it hits the clutch cover before the splines are even fully engaged. Yes, I could have bent it to fit - but I can do that to the OEM lever. Shouldn't need to bend a brand new lever.It is also 1/2" shorter than the OEM lever. If bent to fit, would be even shorter - so be aware.The clamp bolt is also on the wrong side. You can see in the pictures that if it is installed, the clamp bolt will be up in the shifter casing. It looked like it would just barely clear - but that means getting a wrench on it would have been very difficult.

Holding up good after nearly a year. Have smashed it several times and was able to bend it back to shape without it breaking. Its made it through several bad crashes and still looks good

I bought this to replace my worn out lever for my DR650 supermoto bike. arrived quickly and is exactly as shown in the picture. the reason why it only got 3 stars is the design isn't very good. the folder is kinda bulkey and wierd looking, held together with fat pin. I would buy again if needed but only in a pinch lol... kinda miss my factory Suzuki lever (much more simple looking). the grey paint and IMS sticker look okay on the bike, just another accent. If you don't want GREY/RED, don't get it. my bike is mostly black so it doesn't quite fit in with the rest. I would recommend this lever to anyone looking to get a quick/cheep replacement. for $25 you might not be able to beat it.
