These are a great tool to direct air towards various parts. I was looking forward to installing them. Then I got them, and wondered are these fixed or adjustable...Well, they are clearly "meant" to be adjustable. It's in the description. It's a fundamental requirement for their application. Yet, try as I might, I could not make 4 of the five move. The fifth needed so much force I gave up after moving it about a one 1/4" at the tip.I thought, maybe I have to mount these very securely onto something and then use a pipe extension to adjust them. So I figured, why not try. Turns out you can move them, but one of the units resulted in a bent tube. That was me using my hands on the tube, not a tool.I understand these need some force to hold them in place while air flows, but if that force is also enough to bend the tube, I'm not happy.If you work these loose, they may work out for you. Maybe I just got a bad batch.
