Wish it had a switch for the buzzer, stobes, doesn't rotate. i just took it apart and disabled it. I used this unconventionally , a raccoon had gotten into a boat hull and kept coming back. I hooked this up the battery which is on a trickle charger. Honestly not sure if the strobe or me banging on the hull for days evicted the mother racoon but she eventually took the small ones some place else.

The light is not metal, has no metal at all, it is all plastic. Keep it protected and it will not get broken. It is not a rotating beacon, only flashing. I give it only 3 stars because of build quality and the incorrect description. For the price it is a decent light .It has an annoying beeper but you can take it apart and eliminate that feature.
